At the end of 2017, the CSF Real Estate Switzerland, an investment group of Credit Suisse Foundation, invested in the construction of the Cour de Gare urban project located in the heart of the Valais capital and directly adjacent to Sion train station. The project, led by Comptoir Immobilier, covers a plot of more than 16,000 m2 and includes eight buildings for mixed use (residential and commercial) which should be completed by the end of 2022. The district will be developed by Cour de Gare Sion SA as a total contractor. Comptoir Immobilier will also be responsible for the marketing of all the surfaces as well as for the administrative and technical management.
