    287-unit housing project sold to Allianz Suisse Lebensversicherungs-gesellshaft AG

    After concluding the sale of Lombard Odier Bank’s future global headquarters in 2017, representing 38’000 m2 of office space that will eventually accommodate 2’600 workstations, Comptoir Immobilier is pleased to announce the sale of a parcel of approximately 8,600 m2, adjacent to the bank’s site in the commune of Bellevue.

     

    The acquisition of the land by Allianz Suisse Lebensversicherungs-gesellshaft AG with a view to developing the Les Hauts du Château project, which will comprise 26’000 m2 of housing and 800 m2 of commercial space, is the culmination of constructive discussions with Comptoir Immobilier.

     

    The Les Hauts du Château perimeter offers multiple, highly coveted advantages: a quiet location, unobstructed views of the lake and optimal accessibility, as it is located at the entrance to Geneva, 5 minutes from the airport, and in immediate proximity to the motorway slip road and the on-site “Les Tuileries” Léman Express station. Its setting will offer its residents a unique quality of life, close to the shops. The buildings will meet Minergie P energy standards. These very low consumption buildings will meet the maximum requirements in terms of quality, comfort and energy.

     

    The first planning studies for the entire site began in 2008. In 2013, the land was downgraded to a buildable zone. Several times modified between 2009 and 2016, the project has gradually evolved to allow for the completion of the Lombard Odier bank headquarters and residential buildings.

     

    C2I Comptoir d’Investissements Immobiliers SA, associated with Construction Perret SA and Favre & Guth SA, is the developer and total contractor for the construction of the Les Hauts du Château project. Construction Perret SA is in charge of the realization of the project and Favre & Guth SA is the architect. Regarding the housing, Comptoir Immobilier is in charge of the rental and management.

    Work began in 2019 and delivery of the first housing units is scheduled for the first half of 2023.
