BELLE-TERRE DISTRICT MANAGER
CI GROUP MANAGEMENT
“LIFE IN A NEIGHBORHOOD IMPLIES PROXIMITY MANAGEMENT TO BEST MEET CUSTOMER DEMAND”
The size of the Belle Terre neighborhood as well as its ambition to guarantee a cohesion specific to the whole requires a specific neighborhood management.
WHAT ARE THE CHARACTERISTICS OF A NEIGHBORHOOD MANAGEMENT?
Neighborhood management is an extension of our so-called “classic” building management business. Indeed, as part of our activity we are led to manage buildings and sometimes outbuildings for a group of buildings. Neighborhood management, as we see it, takes on another dimension. Beyond day-to-day management, the management office orchestrates all the logistics inherent to the neighborhood’s activities and mobility, notably by coordinating access for deliveries to ensure the fluidity of traffic, ensures that regulations and directives are respected to harmonize and improve the life of future residents within this new living space, and finally encourages the occupants, but also visitors, to good environmental reflexes.

WHAT ARE THE SPECIFICITIES OF BELLE TERRE NEIGHBORHOOD MANAGEMENT?
Belle-Terre was the first neighborhood management company in the canton of Geneva to make available, as of winter 2021, a management company specifically dedicated to the site but also additional services administered directly by the management office. It offers a local management and will best meet the expectations of customers. Owners, residents or visitors can easily contact the team in place simply by visiting the management office set up in the heart of the district. Additional services are available to residents, shopkeepers and visitors to facilitate their daily tasks. These include a postal service, a dry cleaning service, administrative support, a technical service, lost and found management, organization of bulky goods collection, etc. Of course, this list of services will evolve according to the demand and needs of the occupants. The management team is also accompanied by a maintenance service dedicated exclusively to the district as well as a night surveillance team to ensure the quietness of the site. Finally, our office will be in charge of setting up a residents’ association, as well as a shopkeepers’ association, to create social cohesion and enrich neighborhood life by proposing occasional events, such as a neighbors’ party.

What to put in place to ensure that such a neighborhood is well-maintained.
The commissioning of a neighborhood like Belle Terre requires a significant amount of upstream work. Several teams of professionals, from all fields, have been working closely together for several months, even years, to best prepare for the arrival of the first residents and witness the birth of this neighborhood life. Working together with the various building owners and the different departments of the municipality of Thônex, who are very involved in this organization, we are proceeding with the elaboration of regulations and directives to guarantee unity and cohesion within this new site located between the city and the countryside. The Belle-Terre district also represents the desire to offer housing under different categories such as PPE, ZDLOC and subsidized housing to promote social, cultural and intergenerational mix.
