4 - Appointment with the architect, the FdMP office, for the choice of fittings and any additional costs.
5 - Signature of the deed of promise to purchase and sale (Maître Laurence Jacquemoud).
6 - June 2024: signing of the final deed of sale and handing over of the keys.
