Les Genevez is a municipality of about 550 inhabitants located in the canton of Jura in the heart of the Franches-Montagnes district, at an altitude of 1,035 metres. It consists of the village of Les Genevez, the hamlets of Prédame, Chez Sémon and Les Vacheries, as well as isolated farms. The neighbouring communes are Montfaucon, Lajoux, Saicourt and Tramelan. This village offers many possibilities for associative and sporting activities.
Les Genevez is not located on a major road and is therefore a quiet village. However, it benefits from the proximity of large cities and the A16 motorway:

The plot is located in the South-East of the village and close to its center in the MA zone (Mixed & Artisanal).
The basic factory was built in 1966 in a traditional and massive way on rock, various extensions and a complete renovation were made in 2006, the realization of an insulated garage dates from 2010 and the west facade was completely redone in 2016. Mixed construction: massive for the foundations, "sandwich" type elements for the facades, hail protection system for the roof. The rooms are darkened by means of blinds. From the cafeteria to the offices, the whole has been designed to create a pleasant working environment for the employees.
The building is heated by a De Dietrich oil-fired installation dating from 1986 and a recent Oertli burner. The oil is stored in 6 tanks of 2000 litres each. Hot water is produced by a boiler. The heat is distributed to the premises by radiators. The premises are partially air-conditioned and ventilated. Compressed air connections are available on the ceiling and in the front. The ceilings are equipped with 40 and 63 ampere telemechanical rails, and the electrical distribution and data connections are installed in channels in the facade.
The whole building is equipped with a fire and fire detection system. The factory is modular in most of the surfaces offered which can allow an evolution according to the intended use. The factory is very well maintained and does not require any upgrading in its current state. The current layout has therefore been designed to optimise the manufacturing process as much as possible, while complying with the strict standards required by the workplace.
