Executive Board member, EPFL architect, he joined the Comptoir Immobilier in April 2005 as Head of Property Developments. Previously working as head architect, he went on to be in charge of rental management and human resources for an important property management company.
Holder of a degree in construction economics and a diploma in Civil Engineering, he joined Comptoir Immobilier in October 2009. He has previously worked as a Director of Works for major projects in France and Switzerland, and later as head of development for large companies in Switzerland.
Holder of a degree in economics and a master in the property field, he joined Comptoir Immobilier in September 2014 to deal mainly with projects in their developmental stages. After having worked for 5 years as administrative and financial manager of a large property company, he worked at the offices of Wüest & Partner from 2010 to 2014.
With a diploma in civil engineering, she joined Comptoir Immobilier in June 2017 to focus on projects in the implementation phase – in particular the “Communes of Ambilly” project. Previously, she has experience working as head of projects with many major Swiss companies.
EPFL architect and FSU urban planner, he joined Comptoir Immobilier in September 2017 to oversee projects in their developmental phase. Previously, he worked for architects and town planners, for the City of Neuchâtel, then for the State of Geneva in running major urban projects, and in particular the project ‘Praille Acacias Vernets (PAV)’.
With a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and an Master in IBD, he joined Comptoir Immobilier in November 2017, to work on projects mainly in the development phase. He previously worked for seven years in a large general company, and then for four years in charge of organising competitions, tenders and project management in a firm advising and assisting contractors.
Graduated from the Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne and the Institute of Property Studies, she joined Comptoir Immobilier in August 2015, to work on for the commercial management of large-scale projects in French-speaking Switzerland. Since January 2018, she has beenworking on the management of projects in developmental and implementation stages. Previously, she worked for a property management company in Vaud in the valuation and sale of property investments to institutional investors.
Holder of a diploma course (MPC+ 2), bilingual French-English, as well as a Professional Property Management Employee Certificate (Régie II from the APGCI), he joined Comptoir Immobilier in September 2010. He works on feasibility studies and operations management.
Graduate from the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce in Geneva and began working at Comptoir Immobilier in 2005, she has 16 years of experience in property developments and valuation studies.
Holder of a Federal Certificate of Proficiency in hospitality, as well as a diploma in Hotel Management from the Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne. She joined Comptoir Immobilier in early 2018 after assisting the President / Founder of a leading property investment fund with the management of their businesses and private projects.
