Built in the early ’40s, it has evolved steadily over the years to become a fresh, comfortable family home that can also be used as a bed & breakfast.

Its 2,000 m2 plot overlooks the Mediterranean, and is visible from most of the house’s rooms, from its numerous balconies and terraces, and from its many outdoor spaces.

The 320 m2 of living space is arranged over three levels.

The first floor comprises an entrance hall, a checkroom with laundry and storage facilities, a guest toilet, a living room, a dining room, a lounge-library, a bedroom and a full bathroom. These last three rooms form “La Perle” when used as a chambre d’hôte.

On the second floor is a bedroom with a 40 m2 terrace and a full bathroom. The second bedroom has a 30 m2 terrace and a full shower room. The former is available to guests under the name “Côté Mer”, while the latter is called “Côté Montagne”.

In the attic is a vast 45 m2 space known as “Le Loft”. It includes sleeping areas, living room, study, dressing room and full bathroom.

Whatever the level, the extraordinary panorama of the sea remains, like a friendly common thread.

Part of the property features an independent apartment with living room, dining room, kitchen, bedroom, shower room with WC and terrace.

Outside, a subtle layout of levels, trees, staircases and low walls leads from the pool to the deck, from the pool-house to the chalet, from the putting-green to the barbecue, from shaded terraces to sunny areas, with the constant possibility of choosing between solitude and company. Trees and plantings follow one another in a jovial mix of fig, almond, cherry, bitter orange, cypress, pine and olive trees. Beautiful cacti and succulents, irises, birds of paradise and majestic palms complete this delightful setting.

The janitor couple, who have been on site for several years, ensure that the property runs smoothly and is well-maintained.

In the distance, the silhouettes of the Lérins islands and the Roches Rouges coastline stand out, while the beach, the port of Le Trayas and its yacht club, a supermarket and a restaurant are all within easy walking distance, not to mention the many possibilities offered by hiking and mountaineering activities. A fifteen-minute drive from the freeway, ten minutes from the train station and halfway between Cannes and Saint-Raphaël, this corner of paradise enjoys a micro-climate appreciated by connoisseurs.
