Founded in 1933 and with 2,400 corporate members representing more than 28,000 real estate specialists, the Swiss Real Estate Association (SVIT) is the largest real estate association in Switzerland. The SVIT section for French-speaking Switzerland aims to offer its members in French-speaking Switzerland services such as information, training, advice, lobbying and arbitration.
The Swiss Association of Real Estate Professionals (USPI) is a federation of associations founded in 1879. It brings together the associations of property professionals in the six cantons of French-speaking Switzerland. USPI Geneva has around forty members active in property management, brokerage, property development, valuations and consultancy.
By joining forces with H&B Real Estate, a major local player in German-speaking Switzerland, we are strengthening our presence and extending our activities (valuation, sales, commercial and residential lettings, asset management, property management, project development) in Switzerland’s major cities, mainly in the Plateau region – from Geneva to St Gallen, as well as Lausanne, Sion, Zurich, Basel and Bern.
The Association of Genevan Builder-Developers (APCG) was founded in 1989 and has nearly 40 active members. Its aim is to bring together professionals in the sector who are active in the canton of Geneva, and to represent and defend the interests of its members.
