It oversees the conclusion and management of leases, maintenance contracts, building comfort, information systems management, grounds maintenance, security, as well as cleaning, surveillance and waste disposal services.

THE CONCIERGE SERVICE

The concierge service reinvents maintenance services on a neighborhood scale, responding to the needs and expectations of all users to promote a harmonious living environment. With dedicated premises in the heart of the neighborhood, it strengthens social ties, oversees logistical problems and ensures compliance with rules, while cleaning common areas.

SECURITY

In coordination with the public security services, the central management team coordinates services such as: guarding, additional surveillance in the outbuildings, smooth operation of the facilities, smooth running of the security guards’ work.

MAINTENANCE OF GREEN SPACES
