Our Corporate Social Responsibility approach

Working continually to achieve an integrated and committed approach to sustainability

Sustainability: Our Vision, Our Actions

For several years, the Comptoir Immobilier Group has been firmly committed to sustainable development. In 2023, more structured work was initiated via the Diagnostic-Action programme of the Department of the Economy of the State of Geneva (DGDERI), to include sustainability in all its facets within the Group.

This sustainability approach echoes the values we embody within the Comptoir Immobilier Group: Service, Ethics, Performance and Sustainable Development.

Developing a CSR strategy

The Group is currently engaged in developing a CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) strategy along several axes, including governance, economics and business development, communication, internal processes, the community, the environment and the well-being of our employees.

To support and implement these commitments, a dedicated CSR/ESG-D (Environment, Social, Governance and Digital) committee has been set up within our Group, responsible for translating all the objectives into operational actions. Each member of the committee is a key contact for employees, promoting greater awareness and involvement at all levels of the company.

Our contribution to a responsible future

In order to translate the Group’s CSR strategy into concrete actions, the first commitments to sustainability will be formulated by the end of 2024. All our stakeholders (governments, local authorities, customers, employees, users, etc.) will be consulted in order to make an effective contribution.

The Group’s first sustainability report is expected by the beginning of 2025 at the latest. In the meantime, all our actions within our activities (finalist in the eco-21 SIG 2023 energy saving programme) and actions to support local initiatives are continuing (Miel de Stephanie, CARITAS, etc.).

CSR is not a destination, it is a continuous journey towards improved environmental and social performance.
