The Condémines 20 – 30 area in Sierre represents 14 hectares to be developed. CI Conseils is assisting the city of Sierre as an urban operator, with the following main tasks: support for test planning, recommendations on the land reorganisation strategy, inventory and phasing of public spaces, analysis of land development potential, forms of ownership, financing of public spaces and the new ice rink through a public-private partnership (PPP).
