Supervision of the concierge service, maintenance teams for the esplanades and gardens, private security services, development of à la carte services such as delivery relay points, dry cleaning, local baskets, administrative assistance, Handyman, mobility services – the missions are many and varied.
CI City also hosts and supports neighbourhood and shopkeepers’ associations. It organises and plays an active role in the organisation of community events, in coordination with the Town of Thônex’s Social Cohesion Department and its cultural services.
CI City aims to improve quality of life and encourage local initiatives, whether in the service of the community or individuals.

Parcel Service
Do you need to send or receive a parcel? CI City serves as a pick-up and drop-off point! The Pickpost service is open from 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM, allowing you to collect your parcels with ease.
Note: Residents cannot have parcels delivered directly to the office without using the Swiss Post Pickpost service.
Logistics Spaces
CI City manages the use of designated “logistics” spaces, reserved for moves and deliveries, located in the underground parking areas. Plan your move or delivery by submitting a request at least 48 hours in advance to check availability and obtain the necessary access.
Small Repairs & Handyman Services
CI City offers a wide range of handyman services for small tasks, including DIY work, furniture assembly, light fixture installation, and more.
Fresh Produce Basket Orders
Support local farmers with Espace Terroir. Get your fresh fruit and vegetable baskets, along with a wide selection of grocery products, delivered straight to your home. To order, visit www.espace-terroir.ch:
- Choose your products and preferred delivery dates.
- Place your order before Sunday midnight for delivery on Thursday between 3:30 PM and 6:30 PM at the CI City office.
- A delivery fee of CHF 3.50 applies to the customer.
Library of Objects
In partnership with CI City, La Manivelle offers the perfect library of objects. With over 4,000 items available, finding tools, party supplies, kitchen equipment, sports gear, or DIY materials has never been easier. Thanks to an online inventory, you can conveniently borrow and reserve the items you need.
