The architecture of this building is respectful of the environment, and in particular of the park in which it is located. This choice is reflected in the materials used on the façade, which combine transparency and elegance. In line with Very High Energy Performance (THPE) standards, technical optimizations have been integrated to guarantee operation on a renewable energy basis. A call for tenders was issued to several architectural firms. The winner was Atelier d’Architecture Jacques Bugna SA. The 8-storey building will comprise 47 rental apartments.
