Bar/restaurant in the heart of Grimentz

Ideally located just a few steps from the ski lifts in the Grimentz resort, this 638 m2 bar-restaurant boasts a private sunny terrace that is sure to attract customers in summer and winter alike.

Originally set up as a traditional restaurant, the dining room was completely transformed in 2004 in a rustic style. During the renovation, the room was completely opened up to increase its capacity, which now stands at 230m2. Since then, it has been redesigned into different spaces (lounge area, games area or karaoke corner) with its bar as the centerpiece.

The bar’s layout allows a team to work efficiently, thanks to its equipment and surface area. As the resort’s only late-night business, it has become an emblematic meeting place for all generations wishing to go out on weekends and vacations.

Future customers will be able to enjoy the sunshine on the large terrace, which is sheltered from passers-by thanks to its upstairs location. The terrace also features two petanque courts, which have become a popular meeting place for pétanque enthusiasts over the years.

There’s a storeroom and cellar in the basement, and an office on the 2nd floor.
