On Friday 30 January 2026, Guernerés Exclusive Lodge was officially inaugurated in Grimentz, in the heart of the Val d’Anniviers. After nine years of development and construction, this major project, led by the Comptoir Immobilier Group, opens a new chapter in luxury mountain real estate. It took nine years to bring this complex to life. Located at an altitude of 1,570 metres, right on the edge of the slopes, Guernerés consists of a main residence and 16 chalets, offering direct access to the 115 kilometres of slopes in the Grimentz-Zinal ski area.
