    Pully Boverattes

    Initiated by the City of Pully as part of an investor competition, the project is part of the “Les Boverattes” Neighbourhood Plan in Pully and is located on the Commune’s parcel No. 2034 with a surface area of 14’256m2 . Winner of the investor competition, Vaudoise Vie Assurances has been associated with Comptoir Immobilier from the organization of the procedure, to the development of the project, to the signing of a right to build (DDP) until the monitoring of the realization of the works.

    Provision of CI CONSEILS

    Piloting of the investor competition and the parallel study mandate, representation of the Owner for the contractual negotiation and for the follow-up of the realization.

    Project

    Realization of 6 rental and MINERGIE-labeled buildings comprising as a whole:

    • 123 dwellings of 2.5; 3.5; 4.5 and 5.5 pces (intended to accommodate a mixed and intergenerational population (70% family housing and 30% adapted housing mainly intended for seniors)
    • A community hall of 70m2
    • A 250m2 crèche
    • 3 underground car parks for a total of 130 spaces
