    The launch of the new division specialising in prestige residential real estate will offer a demanding local and international clientele a level of value-added service corresponding to the prestigious nature of the exceptional properties handled. Meeting and explanations with Quentin Epiney, Manager behind this prestige division.

    What does the prestige division consist of? What services will this new entity offer?

    The CI EXCLUSIVE PROPERTIES brand is first and foremost a vision, that of a division specializing in luxury residential real estate, both in terms of brokerage and promotion or even residential rentals. Our philosophy and positioning express our desire to differentiate our approach, eager to meet the expectations of a demanding local and international clientele. Competence, sensitivity and discretion will thus be the key words of the tailor-made service we wish to offer to both buyers and sellers.

    The attached services are comprehensive: competent and sensitive multilingual brokers, flexible and attentive customer care for both sellers and buyers, differentiation in the promotion of properties based on a qualitative and targeted enhancement (website and dedicated online platforms) or an opening to the global scale. Based on our local expertise, we want to offer high quality services and eventually generate a dynamic with international influence.

    What will be the difference between a “classic” broker and a “prestige” broker? What are the possible approaches to a demanding clientele?

    The history of the COMPTOIR IMMOBILIER demonstrates its willingness and ability to advise, serve and commit to its clientele regardless of the type of property involved. The creation of this prestige division is an opportunity to meet the needs of a specific clientele, sensitive to exceptional properties and wishing to be offered a level of service corresponding to the prestigious nature of the properties handled. Our 6 brokers (2 in Geneva, 3 in Vaud and 1 in Valais) have benefited from tailor-made training which complements the great motivation generated by this exciting project. In addition, their experience acquired at the COMPTOIR IMMOBILIER is a guarantee of their professionalism, coming from a structure whose reputation is well established. CI EXCLUSIVE PROPERTIES has also surrounded itself with 3 prestige rental agents, who will be in charge of our high standing residential rentals. The pragmatic professionalism of our team, our targeted marketing dynamics, our relationship management approach, our discretion as well as the personalized client follow-up are key factors of efficiency and success.

    Our vision? Accompanying the client throughout his project, particularly through a single contact. The properties will be offered on the website and, subject to the client’s desire, on prestigious international platforms. Our promotional real estate presentations are sober and elegant, the photographs are of very high quality and panoramic. The accompaniment of the customer will be carried out as of the setting in relation to the agent. The latter will make proposals and advice on the entire process, so that it is accompanied and followed from A to Z in his project.

    What direction would you like the division to take? An international approach?
