NEW PROJECTS AND ENVIRONMENTAL AMBITIONS
We invest in the development of new projects distinguished by their environmental qualities, focusing on energy, as well as mobility and social diversity. With our CI Conseils division, we specialize in the development of public, private, and institutional real estate projects by proposing innovative projects such as the first Minergie P-Eco labeled building in the canton of Geneva, and the new energy concept for the Belle-Terre neighborhood.
RENOVATIONS AND SUSTAINABLE APPROACH
Renovation is a significant challenge for property owners. It is not easy to combine property enhancement, increased comfort, and reduced energy consumption. Our CI Durabilité division is responsible for the enhancement, transformation, and renovation of the built heritage. Incorporating the necessary skills (accreditation of MPQ-type architects and registration in the A Register), our architects and technicians address issues related to current challenges. They guide property owners in their energy renovation strategy and assess the feasibility of a transformation or elevation project. Thus, we are able to provide our clients with expertise, support, planning, and execution services while offering innovative solutions that enhance their properties.
OTHER INITIATIVES
Other initiatives highlight our Group’s commitment to the environment. Holding the Label-Vert from USPI Geneva, we opt for 100% ecological and local energy in all our activities and where possible. We use recycled paper daily and rigorously practice selective sorting. Our Group also aims to reduce its CO₂ emissions by encouraging its employees to use public transportation with financial support. As much as possible, we limit our paper consumption by opting for digital inventories. Finally, our Group has equipped itself with hybrid company vehicles and encourages its caretakers to use non-toxic and biodegradable products.
INTERNATIONAL REFORESTATION PROGRAM WITH A SWISS NGO
Finally, our group collaborates with the NGO OneAction on an extensive reforestation pilot project in Kenya, Haiti, and India. The goal is to reverse the process of soil degradation in arid regions and strengthen community resilience to climate change.
