In 2022, Comptoir Immobilier achieved significant milestones in the canton of Geneva, delivering over 1000 housing units, with more than 50% dedicated to social housing. In the canton of Vaud, all apartments in the Domaine du Lac in Nyon have been sold. Despite the challenges posed by the pandemic and the rise in material costs, our construction projects at Cour de Gare in Sion and Guernerés Exclusive Lodge in Grimentz are actively progressing. We prioritize energy efficiency and architectural excellence in our developments. We take pride in the first urban piece created in Belle-Terre, embodying qualities in urban planning, architecture, environment, and social aspects. As a social and public interest player, we manage over 600 co-ownerships in addition to our extensive property management portfolio.
